GLI Japan Attraction
As a testing organization designated by the National Public Safety Commission, we play a very important role in conducting tests that amusement machine manufacturers must undergo in order to introduce new products to the market.
Ensuring Compliance
To ensure that players can enjoy machines with peace of mind, the law sets detailed rules and standards for machine specifications. We determine whether a machine is designed in accordance with the law (conformity or non-conformity) by testing the design documents, comparing them with each other, and testing the machine. Only machines that “Passed” to these tests are sold and installed.

“I joined the company because I wanted to work for a global company and participate in the launch of the company. Colleagues from the U.S. and Australia often come to the Tokyo office on business trips, and I sometimes talk to them to improve my English skills.
My immediate goal is to improve my English so that I can participate in videoconferences with overseas colleagues without the need for an interpreter.”

“Styles of employment change with the passage of time. As the world’s technology develops, some jobs will be automated and will not require human hands. However, our testing work for amusement machines (Pachinko and Pachi-slot) is a job that must be done by human hands.
Currently, we are communicating with all quarters and working to conduct proper and reliable testing. Our business is to contribute to society so that people can play amusement machines with peace of mind. With a sense of mission and pride in this, our staff is currently working hard all the same day so that we can start our testing operations.”

“I decided to join our company because I want to increase the number of safe and secure amusement machines in the world. There are people in the world who are so absorbed in such games that they lose control of their lives.I decided to work for our company because I wanted to reduce the number of such people and spread safe amusement machines to the world.
Each person is given a large work desk, allowing them to work in a spacious area.
The soundproofing measures are also taken to prevent noise emitted from the machines, so you can concentrate on your work.”

“I wanted to work for a company that provides testing services for these products because I thought it would be an ideal place to contribute to society while also being related to my hobbies.
I was also attracted by the fact that not many years had passed since the company was established and that I could be a part of the process of expanding the business.
I found the workplace to be very conversational. Because everyone is actively communicating and working together, I feel that it is an environment where it is easy to ask for advice when I have a problem.
Thanks to this kind of atmosphere, it is not only easy to understand the work content, but also, I am able to work in a good mood mentally.”

“I originally applied for this job because I like pachinko/Pachi-Slot and was interested in testing pachinko/Pachi-Slot machines. I think this job is ideal for people who like pachinko and Pachi-Slot because they can learn about the structure of pachinko and Pachi-Slot machines through the work and can experience the machines before they are put on the market.
In fact, the work is well divided among the employees, so I feel that this is a desirable environment for those who are good at focusing on one thing. In addition, there is basically no overtime work and no unexpected work on holidays, so I feel that the work-life balance is very fulfilling.”

“When I saw the company’s business description, I wondered what type testing of amusement machines was all about. I had been playing with amusement machines, and at the same time, I had a strong interest in it.
I found the environment to be very open and easy for employees to talk to each other.
Manufacturers want to put more attractive machines on the market and ask us to test them, so new discoveries and questions come up every day.
Perhaps because of this, there is a lot of interaction within the company, mainly in the form of information sharing, and there is naturally a lot to talk about.”
